This CD contains two hypnosis sessions and a brief discussion on this hypnosis process.

Session 1

The first session (Track 2) is designed to be played at any time - all you need is a spare 22 minutes. After the session you should feel relaxed as though you've had a 15 minute nap.

Session 2

he 2nd session, Sleep On, is designed to listen to at bedtime. As well as repeating content from the first session, Sleep On helps you go into a deeper sleep then sleep through the night until your normal time to awaken.

This works by putting you into a hypnotic state, which is a light sleep, as we have go through one before we enter deeper sleep levels. When you wake in the morning expect to feel refreshed and ready for the day.

Benefits

After your 1st hypnosis session with me you should notice an improvement on some level with your feelings in social situations. However to get the maximum benefits you should play this on a daily basis for about 1 week prior to a social event, or even more if the thought of a particular social event really freaks you out.

These hypnosis sessions are all carefully worded to produce the maximum effect, by communicating to the subconscious mind in the most effective manner. The only additional subliminal content in the back ground at a low audio level is the sound of waves washing up on a beach.
